Payment Options

Pay Online

First time users will need to create a My WM Profile to pay online.

Once you log in, you can:

1. Enroll in AutoPay & Paperless Billing
No more late fees or missed payments. By eliminating paper invoices with return envelopes, we reduce waste and drive down costs associated with preparing and mailing paper invoices.

2. Manage Services & View Pickup Schedule Adjust your service online or through the My WM app.

Starting August 9, 2023, we’re updating our payment systems and are unable to accept online payments until further notice.

  • To make a payment by phone, call (808) 326-4911.
  • To make a payment by mail, send your check or money order (include account and invoice number) to:

Customers will need to re-register their accounts upon receipt of their 1st invoice from Platform.

First time users will need to register with either the phone number on file or the most recent invoice number.

Once you log in, you can:

  1. Pay your bill – You have the option to pay one bill at a time or set up recurring payments.
  2. Confirm your collection day(s)
  3. Review your services

Commercial Billing

Commercial and multi-family bin (Dumpster) service is billed ahead for services, unless other arrangements are made.  For example, the January 1 invoice covers January service.  Billing is pro-rated for starts/stops within the service month.

Pay by Mail or in Person

Remember to include account and invoice number on the check or money order.
