Pay Online
First time users will need to register with either the phone number on file or the most recent invoice number.

Once you log in, you can:

  1. Pay your bill – You have the option to pay one bill at a time or set up recurring payments.
  2. Confirm your collection day(s)
  3. Review your services

We have recently updated our payment processing system and you will need register your account. Please have your most recent invoice available (issued from August 13, 2023, or later) to access your account number.

Starting August 9, 2023, we’re updating our payment systems and are unable to accept online payments until further notice.

Customers will need to re-register their accounts upon receipt of their 1st invoice from Platform.

Commercial Billing

Commercial and multi-family bin (Dumpster) service is billed ahead for services, unless other arrangements are made.  For example, the January 1 invoice covers January service.  Billing is pro-rated for starts/stops within the service month.

All refunds are considered on a case by case basis. In the event of account adjustments, Pacific Waste will make them directly to your account. If a credit balance occurs, customers have the opportunity to request a refund or the credit balance can be applied towards a future bill. Credit card refunds will be credited back to your card within two business days of processing. All refunds may be subject to a service fee.

All commercial customers must give notice pursuant to the confirmation signed upon initiation of service. Pacific Waste will refund all overpayments or service cancellation refunds if the customer follows proper procedure in the cancellation of their respective service. Pacific Waste holds the right, if proper notice is not provided, to decline refunds for service cancellations.

Any other instances where a refund or credit may be due must be submitted to Pacific Waste within 3 business days of the most recent scheduled service date.

We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Pacific Waste will not share your information with third parties and all account information is kept confidential, unless required for regulatory reporting purposes.

If you have an issue with or a question about a payment, please call the office or send us an email. Refunds and/or credits cannot be processed online.

You can pay with a credit card or checking/savings account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
